How we use what you share with us.
What you send us
When you ask about classes, a trial or a membership, we use your details only to reply and to get you started. We never sell or share them, and we don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask.
To see, change or delete what we hold about you, just get in touch.
Visits to this website
We count visits to see which pages are useful and how people find us. We don't use cookies for this, and we don't keep your IP address. Each visit is linked to an anonymous code made from your device and internet connection, which changes every month.
If you send us a message or place an order, we can see the pages you looked at beforehand on that device, which helps us improve the site. Visit records are deleted after 13 months.
